• Studying Systema since January 2012

 

• 8 years traditional martial arts study including karate, fencing, taekwondo, aikido, and kung fu  

 

• First degree black belt in Shoalin Kung Fu from the Chinese Shoalin Center, ABQ under Associate Master Abram Tamez- one and a half years of experience as an assistant instructor there.

 

• Sergeant with the New Mexico State Police serving since 2005

• Certified defensive tactics, ground control, and firearms instructor through the New Mexico Law Enforcment Academy

• Certified SWAT operater through APD's SOC 7. 

 

• Wilderness living, tracking, survival training, philosoghy and healing through Tom Brown Jr.'s Tracker School
